Job description

A silv=r™ Expert helps Silvers turn plans into action. You will build trust, understand the real barriers facing small-business owners, and use clear, persuasive communication to help them make practical progress.

You will support Silvers to implement their Silver Lining Action Plans, stay accountable to agreed actions, and work towards their sales goals. You will balance empathy with challenge, create momentum through consistent follow-up, and keep accurate records so the whole team can confidently support every Silver.

Key responsibilities include proactive support calls, onboarding and plan implementation, follow-up on commitments, updating CINs/tickets/deals, identifying risks or disengagement, and collaborating as part of an interchangeable team.

* We welcome speakers of Spanish, an Asian language, or Arabic.
