Senior QA Automation Engineer

💡 Project Description:

In this role, you will contribute to a fintech project about providing loans to funds managed by asset managers. Your main responsibility will be to contribute to its automation. The app is hosted on a stand-alone AWS account. Some automation has already been implemented, but there are more plans in the pipeline.

Requirements

📈 Your Responsibilities :

- Generate automated test scripts to validate product functionality and performance across development stages.

- Formulate detailed and well-organized test plans and cases.

- Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing tasks effectively.

- Identify, document, and track bugs meticulously.

- Execute comprehensive regression testing post-bug resolution.

- Establish and implement testing procedures to align with client requirements.

- Monitor quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.

🔑 Key Requirements:

- Advanced English in speaking and writing (you will be working with in an international team)

- 4+ years of Quality Assurance / Test Automation experience.

- Proficiency in a programming language, preferably Python.

- Experience in performance testing, integration testing, and test automation, and preferably with Selenium and PyTest.

- Background in software integration and system testing within cloud environments (AWS).

- Experience with CI/CD, including integration with Build pipelines.

➕ Nice to have:

- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence and Jira).

- Knowledge of REST/JSON and/or SOAP/XML web services.

- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and contemporary browser technologies.
