micro1 is looking for an experienced 2D Graphic Design & Image Editing Expert with strong hands-on experience using GIMP to support an AI training project.

In this role, you will use GIMP to complete real-world image editing tasks, record your screen, and explain your workflows step by step. Your expertise will help improve how AI systems understand and perform creative tasks.

Scope of Work

- Perform image editing, photo retouching, and graphic design tasks using GIMP.

- Work with layers, backgrounds, colors, and other image editing tools.

- Demonstrate real-world GIMP workflows through screen recordings.

- Clearly explain and document each step of your editing process.

- Review image editing tasks and provide feedback to support AI model improvement.

- Ensure accuracy and quality in all completed tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience using GIMP for professional image editing or graphic design.

- Must have access to GIMP and be comfortable recording and sharing your screen.

- Good understanding of image manipulation, photo retouching, and layer management.

- Ability to explain technical workflows clearly.

- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Professional background in graphic design, digital art, or image editing.

- Experience documenting creative workflows or reviewing AI-generated images.
